About our locations

Feeling a bit apprehensive about your first appointment? To help make your session as smooth as possible we invite you read through our guide below, outlining where to find us and what to do when you arrive.

Don’t forget to review the ‘About us’ page to learn more about the clinic’s values and to familiarise yourself with your Psychologist before your session.

Located just a few minutes from the main street, our Grassy Street clinic is the newest location in the Every Mind Psychology family.

Please note, we are a small clinic and reception is intermittently staffed. If staff are present our front door will be unlocked. On these days, please come in and make your way down to our reception area.

If locked, please ring the door bell to let us know you have arrived. We do our best to keep our sessions on schedule, however, sometimes we do run a little over so please be patient if we are finishing up with another client. Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. On days when our reception desk is not staffed, arriving too early for an appointment may mean a short wait in your car before we can come to greet you for your session.

Parking
We operate in a residential area. To minimise the impact on traffic and disruption to our neighbours, it’s requested that you please park in our driveway where possible and, if unavailable, that you park to the right of our letterbox. Please note that our neighbours have advised that the space directly to the left of our letterbox is an access point to their property. Please do not park to the left of the letterbox (in front of our neighbour’s property) to avoid blocking their access. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to speak to any of our staff; we will happily provide directions.

St Pat’s

Our St Pat’s clinic is located in the administration building of St Patrick’s Primary School, Kilmore. Clients are welcome to park in the school car park during business hours. Outside of business hours, clients are welcome to park in the gravel car park on Conway Street, opposite the main entrance to the school. Please take care to obey the speed limits in and around the school.

Once parked, please make your way to the school’s main entrance in the administration building facing Conway Street. Enter the foyer and proceed through the glass doors to your left. The Every Mind Psychology consulting room will be located immediately past these doors on your left. To your right you will find couches where you can wait for your session.

Prior to your session, please sign in using the iPads located at the front office. Alternatively, you are welcome to sign in using the QR code located in the waiting area.
